Headlines newest branch, Chelmsford opened in 2013 and has since become well established within Essex. For many, Headline Chelmsford has become the agency of choice for their educational and agency needs. The office is situated about five minutes’ drive from Chelmsford town centre, is a short walk from the train station and has plenty of free parking available on-site. The Chelmsford office covers the whole area of Essex working with many Early Years and School clients.
Emma joined the Headline team in 2013 when the Chelmsford office first opened. She is extensively qualified, with a CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education, and a BA in Education and Early Childhood Studies. Emma worked her way up from Nursery Assistant to Deputy Nursery Manager within one of the most well-respected nursery groups in the UK. She uses her knowledge and experience to not only manage the Chelmsford office, but to also oversee their ever-growing Early Years desk.
Primary / Secondary Consultant
Lianne is a qualified and experienced HLTA (CACHE Level 2 Learn and Support in Schools), who has worked with students from 3 – 18 years. Over the years Lianne has worked in both nursery and school settings, but most recently was a Pastoral Leader and Games Coach in a Independent Secondary School. As well as running Chelmsford primary and secondary desk she is also a School Governor of a Primary School, specialising in the safeguarding of pupils and in promoting their wellbeing.
Jade joined the team in January 2018. Over recent years she has worked in a variety of roles within education, including as a Nursery Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Midday Supervisor and School Librarian. She also has lots of experience in administrative roles and has an NVQ level 2 in Business and administration. She uses her knowledge both of education, and of business admin, to look after the compliance and payroll admin of the Chelmsford office.
Anneke holds a BSc Sports Education degree and has experience working with a variety of students of all ages. Anneke realised that she enjoyed working with students with special educational needs whilst completing a placement at University and has since gone on to work as a Learning Facilitator in two different SEN school settings. Anneke has worked with a range of students with moderate needs through to more complex and severe needs; allowing her sound knowledge in this field. Anneke is the latest recruit to the Chelmsford Headline office and oversees the Primary and SEN desk.
